The brief

County Durham and Darlington NHS Foundation Trust (CDDFT) Charity does incredible work supporting patients and staff across the region. However, they needed a digital presence that better reflected their impact and made it easier to connect with their community.

The charity approached Stick Marketing to help them plan and create content for their brand new website. The goal was clear. Communicating key messages effectively to stakeholders and the local community, while providing a platform that the charity’s own team could manage and grow long-term.

The solution

Working closely with the CDDFT Charity team, we started at the very beginning by establishing a solid foundation. This included developing comprehensive brand guidelines and a distinct tone of voice to ensure all future communications felt consistent, professional and compassionate.

We helped plan the site map and created engaging, SEO-friendly content for the new website. To ensure the site felt authentic and relatable, we incorporated powerful case studies that highlighted the impact of the charity’s work.

Sustainability was a key part of our approach. Rather than just handing over a finished product, we wanted to empower the CDDFT team.

We implemented bespoke branded templates and provided hands-on training, giving staff the confidence and tools to continue creating high-quality, on-brand content in-house.
